Attending 5 of 19 or not being there in person 5 of 19?5 games out of 19, but you can ring the club to say you want to renew.

So your loyalty points have gone down by 200 points (assuming you are a long term STH)This is shit. A month or so ago I got an email along the lines of "we see you've missed XYZ do you want to put your ticket on the exchange" but in that time I'd not missed any home game, attended a home cup game and 2 away games I logged on to check my albion account and hadn't had any STH points added. Spoke to the club, had to prove I'd been in the ground (photos and screen shots from my account) and instead of an apology or admittance of fault, was told if I miss more games they'd sell my ticket on my behalf. I did remind them I'd not actually missed games and their ticket system messed up but no reply after that.
For all we do right, theres some basics we do really bad as if by design.
Thanks bob.Attend 5 of 19.
And
Ensure that ticket is used , shared, or put on exchange for 75%
Nah. 'less than' is pretty clear. Good luck arguing with the club on stuff like this anywayIt doesn't work like that, it's subjective and not specific, therefore open to interpretation, which is a no-no, means the rest of the 'contract' clauses become open to debate. I'm surprised they've published that.
Yea, apologies for not making it clearer. I saw the whole context when I read it and thought the additional screenshot of comments made it clear it clear it was United. I will edit my original comment to avoid any confusionBefore we all get our pitchforks out, This is about a Man Utd ticket holder, Sam Kelleher is head of ticketing at Man Utd.
It's not open to debate at all, it's as clear as day. If you attend < 25% of the games then the club will reserve the right to not renew. Attend 5 games you're fine, 4 or less you're not.It doesn't work like that, it's subjective and not specific, therefore open to interpretation, which is a no-no, means the rest of the 'contract' clauses become open to debate. Attending a minimum of 5 games in a season. Due to many varied reasons, I've only been to three so far.Attending 5 of 19 or not being there in person 5 of 19?
But what if you put it on the exchange? Does that count as non-attendance?It's not open to debate at all, it's as clear as day. If you attend < 25% of the games then the club will reserve the right to not renew. Attend 5 games you're fine, 4 or less you're not.
Doesn't count towards your five games, not AFAIKBut what if you put it on the exchange? Does that count as non-attendance?
You need to personally attend 5 games (or risk the 'less than 25%' clause being invokedBut what if you put it on the exchange? Does that count as non-attendance?
No, putting it on the exchange is covered. But what if you put it on the exchange? Does that count as non-attendance?

Great to get some clarity on it, thanks. No, putting it on the exchange is covered.
The email I received and whinged about near the beginning of this thread, was practically telling me off for not listing my ticket for the Southampton game.
I didn't bother because I read on Nsc, there were over 1000 tickets unsold, so I thought it wasn't worthwhile listing it. It's the only game I haven't listed, so I felt a bit put out being lectured by some office admin.
My fault, I'm sure.
I posted the clause from the 24/25 T&Cs above.Great to get some clarity on it, thanks.
Seems fair enough to me.Just been posted on the website - no mention of the current 25% personal attendance requirement so maybe it's been simplified
Utilising your Season Ticket
From 2025/26 we are asking season ticket holders to use their ticket for 75% of matches during the season.
This means you can attend, list for resale, share or upgrade your ticket but you cannot leave your seat empty for five or more matches.
If you do, you may not be able to renew for 2026/27 and we may list your seat on the ticket exchange.
To count towards 75% usage, tickets must be listed on the ticket exchange by 2pm on the day before the match.
Remember, you can share your ticket with a MyAlbion+ member with one free use per season or £20 for unlimited sharing.
By making these changes we will make sure that everyone gets the chance of enjoying the thrill of a Premier League matchday at the Amex.

No, sorry, the highlighted part is absolute bollocks.Just been posted on the website - no mention of the current 25% personal attendance requirement so maybe it's been simplified

Yes but presumably that doesn't happen to you 5 or 6 times a season? No, sorry, the highlighted part is absolute bollocks.
The only times I've not gone to home games have been through sickness, having last minute child or pet care issues or having to work at short notice. On no occasion would I have met that clause because each time it was a last minute issue.
I'm fully behind having a full stadium but not counting if you list your ticket on the morning of the game? Nonsense.
