Good win, we usually struggle against these teams at the bottom, not today.
They didn’t play a low block.

Absolutely no respect from a bottom half team against a top half team!

They wanted to go toe-to-toe against us instead of playing the low block and hitting us on the counter. All the teams around them (except Ipswich once) have done this and either got a draw or a win. What makes them think they can find another formula?

Also, who on earth was in charge of calculating the injury time minutes? My guess is Sir Alex Ferguson.

Poured myself a LARGE one and going to spent the next few very lovely hours on here celebrating, but also reading the entire Man Utd forum match thread (including the prediction and pre match threads) from COVER to COVER because of the SCHADENFREUDE of their reactions whenever we dare beat them.

THEN Goldbridge and Man Utd fan reactions on YouTube.

What an evening!

Great result. Better second half.

Why was it not a penalty when Onana deliberately trod/stamped on Van Hecke's foot. What's the difference between that and the disallowed goal?
Because the refs aren't Brighton fans so they won't pretend it was deliberate?

Have you got a clip of that?
No but they showed it on tv and Onana clearly and deliberately stands on Van Hecke's foot.

Can’t be a penalty if the ball is not in play, it can however be a red card for violent conduct (as it should have been - he looks down and forcefully stamps JP)

Ball wasn’t in play. If the ball had been kicked, then yes, penalty.

Ball out of play I imagine
Yes, that'll be why! Thanks.
