A few defensive errors today, one of which lead to their penalty, but largely it was a very strong defensive performance - the whole team acting as a unit.

At the risk of sounding like the old fart I am, how does it take 2 hours to play a match? In the 80s you'd have left at the final whistle, legged it across Hove Park and be in the car before Sports Report started.....

Remember earlier this season, when we were all having kittens about our high defensive line?

We’re not letting many in these days. United only found the onion bag because we gave them a penalty.

Seems the coach and players are learning. Must be that process thing we keep hearing about.

Why was it not a penalty when Onana deliberately trod/stamped on Van Hecke's foot. What's the difference between that and the disallowed goal?

Can’t be a penalty if the ball is not in play, it can however be a red card for violent conduct (as it should have been - he looks down and forcefully stamps JP)
