I left the Xmas breakfast until after the Wellington was prepared as I ran out of time yesterday.
Anyway, it wasn’t planned but I was happy with it. Scrambled Eggs (with a dash of double cream), pan fried cherry tomatoes, and lots of finely grated Red Fox cheese to top with some spring onions.
Now to the Mother-in-Law in Hove to cook the Xmas dinner!
