Deluded, really.
The travel experience (and, er, result) will always override perks like custom ales and pretty lights.
I suppose in the Championship we welcomed packed away allocations.

I totally respect that, even if my experiences have been terrible so far.I've had positive experience with the exchange also.
We haven't got the biggest stadium, so as a business model that is trying to compete with powerhouses, you can see why the club want to ensure maximum revenue, especially now with PSR. I get your sentiment though.
Did you read the post I was replying to?Yeh, it’s a bit harsh but I think I agree with the club’s policy on this one on the assumption that there is a waiting list.
Anyone know what other clubs do? Allowi season tickets to be inerited runs the risk of it becoming a closed shop.
How is it anything to do with money? The ST has to be paid for whoever sits there the following season.
Generations of fans go. This isn’t hard to make sense of. If you can keep generations going, you guarantee revenue over a longer period of time. And, just re your point, the people in their family that wanted the tickets were on the waiting list. This isn't Liverpool. Also, if other members of the family were interested in the Albion, wouldn't they already be going! As others have said, passing it on to any member of the family means they are jumping the queue of those that have paid to be on a waiting list.
Yeah, not enough local ales.I suppose in the Championship we welcomed packed away allocations.
He's behind you .... in someone else's seat. This thread typifies NSC and the panto season (“oh no he didn’t, oh yes he did”)
So were they at the top of the waiting list and therefore entitled to the next season tickets that become available?Generations of fans go. This isn’t hard to make sense of. Don't act dumb, you know the difference between selling out of tickets and a full attendance. If people have tickets and chose not to go, there's not much the club can do about it on the day.It “sells out”. I don’t remember the last time I saw a full AMEX.
There isn’t anything else to add.I suspect the whole story unravels if we explore this bit fully.
I have to chuckle, some of you seem desperate for some drama here, it’s really simple and as I’ve described. There’s nothing being hidden.I do wonder if we have the full story as it does seem that the action taken by the club is premature, given what we've been told.
I've just had a quick scan of the T&Cs for this season - Men’s First Team Season Ticket – Terms & Conditions (Season 2024/25)
The only bit I can find about attendance is on ST renewals - which states that they might not allow a renewal if the ST holder has attended 'less than 25% of matches'.

Have you worked out a way to transfer it to a mate ?I've missed plenty of games and never listed my ticket, never been told off via email either
We'll make it easy for you. How many of the 8 home league games so far has he missed? And, how many did he miss last season?I have to chuckle, some of you seem desperate for some drama here, it’s really simple and as I’ve described. There’s nothing being hidden.
I'm not the fan in question but I've missed all 8 due to childcare issues. My selling on the exchange/friends and family has been "patchy".We'll make it easy for you. How many of the 8 home league games so far has he missed? And, how many did he miss last season?
go on then, why are they selling his ticket? This.
The club 100% aren't taking this level of action for a handful of matches this season not attended or not listed.
2 last season, 4 this season but listed for 2.We'll make it easy for you. How many of the 8 home league games so far has he missed? And, how many did he miss last season?
I have now, thank you for a measured response.Did you read my earlier post #151
