I’ve got to be honest I know little about it, if it’s as simple as 2 yank and 2 Saudi investors buying Textors shares for his Eagles company that owns or part owns many sports teams then I understand what’s going on, if it’s more complicated I zone out.

Tim you do know that in the last 7 seasons Palace have finished the season above Brighton 5 times including last season and the way it’s going this season might be tight.

Morning folks, yes I'm another one from "up the road", I live down in your bit though (Southwick to be precise), and I've long been a lurker on here (mainly just so see what's going on at my now local club) and I'll just chuck my thoughts in; I don't want Saudi owners or part owners regardless of how it's dressed up.

From what I understand this lot are like Testor, they buy and sell sports companies hopefully making themselves a profit, again I don’t really get into the details but they are buying Eagles football holdings and not Crystal Palace Textor owned 60% of EFH, Obviously that involves palace somewhere?
Like managers, players and these days owners the only ever present our the supporters….sadly these days the first forgotten when kick off times, expense etc are concerned.
I don't think it's been done yet. It's just my preference that we don't have them. I didn't want Textor either, but as you say, we don't really matter in the grand scheme of things. I would be disappointed (just as I was when we had a betting company back on the shirts and that ridiculous crypto nonsense) I realise that's it's business and money but I don't have to like it.
