Far too early to be saying get rid, the worry is we seem to be getting worse and not improving and our identity of how we play has gone, not really sure of our style of play now, hopefully when our new man joins beginning of January it will help Fab.

Nonsense. He's getting most of it right. If we can sort out our game management for the last 10 minutes - he'll be fine.
I think it's kind of fascinating that the club employed TWO coaches almost entirely focussed on fitness under Roberto De Zerbi (Marcattilio Marcattilii and Vincenzo Teresa) and no specialist fitness coaches under Fabian Hurzeler.

Our players are looking exhausted in the last 10 mins of games at the moment.

Can I ask, what players that you see that are improving on what we know they are capable of? I have not seen so many poor touches on the ball for years, you don't all lose your touch, but you can all lose your confidence.
Oh and how many players are improving are module is to sell players on with value if anything the big guns are regressing
Ayari, JPVH, Mitoma, Welbeck, Baleba, Estupinan and Igor all look much better this season than they did last season.

Granted some of those are older players, but they have still improved.

If you haven't seen Alexis MacAllister's recent interview with Gary Lineker on the Rest is Football, I highly recommend it.

Alexis was asked who's the best manager he's worked under. Bear in mind, this is someone who's worked under Klopp, Slot and Scaloni.

He said Roberto de Zerbi, because - and I'm paraphrasing here - he made you feel a million dollars every time you walked onto the pitch. As if you were the best player in the world and could play like it.

I wonder if, with all FB's talk of 'improving' and 'process' and 'learning', that the players are missing a bit of that RDZ charisma and belief in their talents.

Absolute bullshit – you believe wrong.

The 'module' (otherwise known as a 'model') is for the club to be a consistent top-10 club. That doesn't even mean top 10 in every season from NOW, let alone Europe. And European football every season? Fack me, some fans are seriously deluded with ideas way above their station :lolol:
These are a good answer 😄

I'm sure it's been covered before – and I'm not doubting Mac's comments/opinion – but I reckon there are several now ex-Albion players who might not have the same opinion...

But I agree with the general point that FH has a LOT to learn about management and the PL (he's only 31 and the youngest full-time coach in the league you know...?). But it'll come, I'm sure.

I would give him till Europe is no longer achievable but I’m not Bloom , I believe the module is about getting in to Europe and anything below that is a failure
It works!

My grandpa had a boat he called "Modulen/The Module" and he could sail to Europe. I'm sure Tony's module will be perfectly capable of doing the same thing.

I have a box of Twiglets beside me as I relax on my sofa..

I too am concerned that we might have to write this season off, I am often wrong though
Not written off imo, just used for development, learning and assimilating a load of new players (most of whom haven’t really got started at all yet)

Don't think Robert Sanchez, Trossard or Dahoud will hold that view about Roberto😁

Dunno about Dahoud who became a millionaire for doing absolutely nothing. He should be very happy.
