Thanks..assistant manager in for a couple of games or so and if he produces will probably get gig til end of season..especially if it looks like he can keep us up for an almost unprecedented 2nd L1 season. Think JB is a very intense person and took all the recent poor results very personally. He’s stepped down for the good of his mental and general health I think. Wish him all the very best, as until recently he’s been great for us..a passionate advocate of all things NTFC.
Try and get Leonard back on loan - he ain't getting any game-time at Birmingham!

Edit: sorry - too late, you got there first!

... but no Nilsson at Partick. ...
I was surprised to see Casper Nilsson in the most recent Albion training photos:-

However, a search on the Partick Thistle forum suggests he has come back to Albion and won't be returning to the Jags:-

Bit of a surprise to me too! That forum analysis is a tad harsh - based on only three appearances (and I think - without trawling back through this thread - that they were quite probably not full 90 minute appearances).
Maybe he could have been injured and came home to recover, and will go back to Partick when he's match fit? Unlikely,I suppose,if management takes the same view as Lady Isobel Effing Barnett!
Thanks for the info anyway.

Edit: Currently injured according to the latest loan report from the Albion -

Lovingston v. Partick Thistle live on BBC (iPlayer or online) tonight - Brighton's Ben Jackspn on the bench for Livi. Will he get a call?

Casper Nilsson, injured (location unknown!) and missing from the Thistle squad tonight.
