Have you looked at the profile of players we signed? 8 players of 24 and under. Minteh is 19. Gruda is 20. Some went straight out on loan.

It's another refresh

I don't get how people can't see this.
Quite, this is a young squad and young team have always and will always do inexperienced things (especially with a manager who is also quite young you know).

Of course inexperienced fans will also struggle, and start calling for the managers head when the team does inexperienced things.

Flame me (go on you know you want to) if you like but how good would we be with Potter as manager with this squad?
Our XG would be off the charts!!

What on earth has happened to our support? We used to be known for our patience and perspective, but now look at us. We've got a young coach and a young squad which was an investment for the future, but nobody is prepared to suffer a few setbacks on our way to that future.

I am reading this differently:

We have a Plum of an op and almost to a man, everyone else is telling him what a Plum he is.

Our support is mostly fine, we get what Tony Bloom is doing and recognise that it is working.

Some lack a little patience and a few (well one from what I can see) are plums.

The one thing I don't understand is why we went big in the transfer market at the same time as appointing an inexperienced manager.

Either is fine in isolation. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for giving a young and unproven player or manager a chance and time to improve. But why then spend £200m, which suggests we are after instant results?
No. The idiot fans might expect instant results. But fortunately the guy in charge has played the long game since day 1.

f*** me, so many of our fans do not deserve the owner we have, they really don’t.

Called for Hughton to go for someone to take the next step and everybody laughed…what happened?

Called for Potter to go when the play became stale and everybody laughed… what happened?

Called for De Zerbi to go when you could see the attitude appearing and everybody laughed… what happened?

I’ll see you all again on here in the near future when everyone starts to see…
You're either Paul Barber, or a pant pissing fan being very silly.

The performances against Manure, at Anfield first half, ManC second half, Spurs second half, Wolves until the madness, Everton … have been as good as it gets. 2022/23 levels.

Clearly FH is good enough. Just need players switched on for 90’, if they just can’t, the club will change things up in the next windows.

I think we’re having time of lives, however the next level is an altogether next level that I suspect we will never attain without discovering global reserves of Gas/Oil first. And no amount of money will ever see us get past 5th round of the League Cup. That is indisputable!

This is rediculous thread. Fab cannot legislate for poor individual errors such as Weiffer against Wolves and Igor today.
Bart on Thursday? Do they understand what he's asking of them ? Watching from the stands this season I'm not sure what our team DNA is. Do they ?

This has got to be the best wind up I have seen. Can’t be arsed to read this thread. Son in law is Spurs and `I just said we are just as bad. What do people want? What do people expect? We have never won anything> We have never done anything. I think that is all!
I'd give the OP the benefit of the doubt and say they're not on a wind up.

They're just a C*nt

I don't think it's controversial to say another manager may have picked up more points from the bottom half of the table than FH has done.
There was 200M spent in the summer. I get that inexperience may be the issue and he will undoubtedly improve over time, then again it may not.

Surely people can see that the summer 200m spend on 8 years players was as much a long-term development strategy as strengthening for this season?

4 of the players we bought are U21s, and 2 are teenagers sent straight out on loan!

Predicting the a mananager will either be sacked or poached at some point is also similar to predicting the sun will come up each morning.

Hardly insightful.
I think if you actually READ the post it is about understanding when things are failing and calling for change. People don’t like that I went against the narrative everytime yet in the end people saw sense and the inevitable played out.

It is really testement to how far we have come that someone is calling for the manager to be sacked while we sit in the top half of the toughest league in the world.

Either that or it is testement to what a Plum the OP is 😂
Slightly concerned on your fascination with plums….

At first I took this to be a Crodo or Randy McNob-level parody post from a parody account, but it’s all the funnier reading his follow up replies and seeing he’s actually completely serious.

To be honest, it’s cheered me right up after the disappointing result.

Just think, in the seat next to you, or in the row in front or behind, there is someone like this, thinking these thoughts they daren’t say out loud because they know they’ll be mercilessly mocked for it in real life.

So full of bravado and keyboard-fu they open up their phone, and post their edgy, outsider take on NSC expecting pats on the bum for their bravery in having such an outspoken, clever viewpoint.

Eight pages of merciless piss taking later, their account they’ve had for 11 years is a laughing stock, the thread is destined for NSC gold, and they are still grumbling about how only they can see the real truth

What a disaster

Love all the ‘ I’m not Fab out but’ posts.

Are they

Code for I’m f***ing sick of this idiot, his bullshit St Pauli tactics clearly don’t work in the PL. We’ve thrown the most points away in the league from a winning position and to top it all Enciso has gone on strike.

Or

He may have to tweak a couple of things.
