Fulham are my least favourite side to watch ever since their mastery of the enraging tactical falling over on and off the ball to break up play at the Amex a few seasons ago, and the ref who fell for it almost every time because of their elite acting skills despite them then getting up and running around fine within seconds of play stopping. IMHO it's a thunderously embarrassing approach to football and while others have tried it none have quite reached the levels of Fulham. My Liverpool supporting mate who has seen them do it at Anfield calls it "Fulham-ing" when other teams do it now. So I'm hoping they try again tonight, the ref doesn't fall for it, and we hammer them. (Obviously we're going to lose.)

Key will be Veltman back tonight - did not enjoy watching us lacking a RFB and VH struggling with the switch in a back three. Baleba back will be key too, maximising Fulham’s current weakness in MF.

Someone above mentioned last season at home to Fulham - I couldn’t agree more - I can’t remember a game where I left the Amex in such a bad mood which lasted days. Hopefully stricter application of rules on timewasting this season will see them carted off the field and/or yellows if they start faking injuries this evening.

90mins tonight please lads, not 45.
