I think most fans that travel regularly to away games are, in your eyes, superior to those that constantly whinge because most go just for the joy of watching the Albion and having a great day out. It's a pretty poor show if you chose not to go to an away game because it's 5pts less than what you hoped.

We've got possible the best team we've ever had yet the moaning about insignificant things goes on pretty much every Tuesday that tickets are released.
Absolutely anything can be improved no matter how well oiled the machine is. People who can't stand up and need seats near the front buying the worst ones with the most points have got a valid gripe even if it is small in the grand scheme of things.

I can't personally say I give an awful lot of thought about where I buy my ticket unless ita a proper shit away end - I just buy any old ticket when the time comes - but that's not to say those moaning should just put up with it. One day that might be me.

Equally, I won't be going to Ipswich because 1..My lad would be getting home at stupid o'clock for school 2. I'll save my time off work 3. I'll probably go to Man Utd and Norwich which is more than enough in the space of 7 or 8 days and 4. I've been to Ipswich and it's on the telly. Whether it's 5, 15 or 50 points would make no difference. I'll still comment if I think 10 points seems a bit tight though. Its a relevant talking point on this thread. We got hundreds of posts about Gregg Wallace FFS.

Absolute bollox, why only put on-sale one block, pretty damn obvious we'll sell our allocation.
Why are Row A seats not on sale in Block VU1 and VU2 as well? Being held back for player comps I suspect.
I suspect Row A is taken out of use because the only entrance/exit is at the bottom of VU1 ( I think). It’s over 12 years since I visited Portman Rd but there was a log jam by this door and plenty of friendly hand waving gestures between both sets of supporters. I suspect they keep the row back for H&S reasons unless the away allocation is a complete sell out.

They had an incident last year where someone fell from the top tier.
I suspect this is the main reason for keeping the front row clear.

Just been invited to this by an Ipswich fan who is a long time friend. Problem is - seats in the box next to Ed Sheeran's! Do I accept?

It's been said there are only 2 things in life that are certain. That is clearly and underestimation as there are at least 4.

1. Death
2. Taxes
3. People whinging about loyalty points for a fixture
4 People whinging (despite being told time and time again why it is done this way) about the order of the release of blocks!
Skipping 5 as its been done.

6. Failing to beat a bottom 3 side at the Amex.

Definitely is worth 15, being a Sunday just before Christmas, no direct trains because of engineering work, and because I’m going and I deserve some more brownie points. :drink:
Chocolate brownie points or little girls in the scouting association pointing with their finger points?

The dull part of the south coast
Chocolate brownie points or little girls in the scouting association pointing with their finger points?
The first! I got kicked out of the Cubs for calling Akela something very rude. At that age I didn’t know what it meant - but my Dad thought it was hilarious. Live and learn, eh, live and learn.
