Hes large, athletic, and in a number of early games was crunching into tackles and producing really crisp passes. He's very nervous, taking a long time to adapt to this league and has made some high profile errors.
I can see the large, but maybe I have missed the other bits.
I have seen him get caught so many times and miss passes and get caught out of position. I really do hope he proves me wrong but he would not be on my bench......at home.

I agree it was a harsh yellow but you always run the risk on a yellow going in for a tackle from distance. Even if you catch the player even a tiny amount.

I disagree with you. 'Harsh yellow' makes it sound like it was a foul by Baleba, but the yellow was questionable, but in my opinion it wasn't a foul by Baleba. He didn't go in for a tackle from a distance, he stayed on his feet and ran across while his opponent went to ground.

We won so who cares

Delighted we won, but I feel we're getting too many bad decisions, and Baleba missing against Southampton could cost us more points.

Agree to disagree then. Sorry it was a foul but not a booking. Look at it another way, he was always going to rack up 5 booking at some point. Southampton H not the worst game to miss!

No, any second yellow can be reviewed but there's a fairly high bar for getting it overturned - one slam dunk is, as you say, mistaken identity.

Here's an example which wasn't overturned on appeal:

My understanding is that although this panel reviews key match in incidents, it’s not part of an appeals process. Meaning if they disagreed with the award of a second yellow, it wouldn’t negate it and the second yellow still stands. It’s all about feeding back following an assessment of decisions made by officials and VAR.

So the link you’ve shared is not actually part of an appeal.

Is that an official appeal though or just a post match referees “media“ opinion?
It’s not part of any appeals process.

Obviously, it's easy to have a pop at Atwell, but from his angle it's a clear yellow. He sees Baleba go in late, catch the player on the shin and then writhe in agony, which is a yellow from his perspective.

I don't think he can see that he makes no contact and can only call what he sees
So you're saying he has seen something that hasn't happened?.

I thought he was excellent when he came on, exactly what we needed. Read the game and won the ball on several occasions. It was the same against Spurs.
Agree totally. I’m confident he’s going to be a really good player for us.

One of those that we look back on early posts about him and take the piss out of the posters.

He’s a player.

Brilliant result. It wasn't an excellent performance, but collecting another three points shows the amazing fighting spirit of this team. Our defending was great, Pedro and Mitoma were clinical and we also had a little bit of luck! Disappointing with Baleba, but I'm sure this team will achieve something special this season. UTA!

Key moment that. We need to learn better game management. Could have easily ended up another Wolves which wouldn’t have been deserved and gutting. Knew Baleba was getting send off after the first booking. He is still a bit naive. Needs to reign it in a little after a booking but that’s his game snd only other option is to sub off. Agree with the Weiffer comments. Pleased he did well after coming on after lots of stick including from me!
Baleba got sent off for the offence of being on a football pitch no other reason.
