A good result , Tinpot 1 Albion 2
That reminds me of those cardboard tables they used to give away with shoot magazine, where you slotted the teams in as they changed position throughout the season. I used to religiously keep them up to date until around mid September when it became boring and a faff.
That’s harsh. It’s barely a foul, let alone a yellow. You can’t legislate refereeing incompetence.Key moment that. We need to learn better game management. Could have easily ended up another Wolves which wouldn’t have been deserved and gutting. Knew Baleba was getting send off after the first booking. He is still a bit naive. Needs to rein it in a little after a booking but that’s his game snd only other option is to sub off. Agree with the Weiffer comments. Pleased he did well after coming on after lots of stick including from me!
I suspect you and I have tapped into the same trope. In a couple of years time expect to see a video shot in Stuart Atwell's front room with a coked up off-duty referee confessing to thinking Brighton and Hove Albion are a bunch of Koontz.
Nob-end.
Yes it is a nightmare when you can't actually see the action . I've taken all kinds of actions when the stream goes down from to walking the dog to watching cricket on YouTube but eventually you have to face reality and find out the final score. I've found putting on the BBC sport page at about 5pm and going to the Premier Table and pressing update is the kindest way - a quick glance at our points total lets you know the result before you flick to the actual score.I tuned into the BBC at 90+7 on Football Pages with Albion 2-1 up. The first thing I heard was Warren raging about how Albion had given the ball away and then he starts to describe the move that followed. Memories of Wolves flooding back, I thought they had scored a last gasp equaliser. Warren finally ended his tirade by saying Albion had dug in and three points was mentioned.
My relief was overwhelming.
Ref was consistent, booked one of their players for same type of foul. We managed the game well in the end
This in some respectsMaybe the only positive about Baleba getting 2 yellows is that he will get a weeks rest - he has played a fair bit recently and we do have other midfield options for next Friday's game.

On the wing - could have taken it to the corner. Cut inside, and tried a dinky little chip to Mitoma - but straight to their guy, who launched it upfield.I saw that What did Adringa do ?
Me too. Albeit, late August, probably. That reminds me of those cardboard tables they used to give away with shoot magazine, where you slotted the teams in as they changed position throughout the season. I think their player deserved a yellow for simulationBut Baleba didn't commit a foul! Their player slid in and was late.

He did nothing wrong.Needs to reign it in a little

I really hope we challenge that second yellow, was Atwell born in Croydon? In a couple of years time expect to see a video shot in Stuart Atwell's front room with a coked up off-duty referee confessing to thinking Brighton and Hove Albion are a bunch of Koontz.

Massive result and a very valuable 3 points - we‘re 5th guys Onwards and upwards, and Palace still in the bottom 3
Can you challenge a yellow card ? I thought not.I really hope we challenge that second yellow, was Atwell born in Croydon?
