Yeah I feel I am rehab riding too.First time out on the bike for 2+ months yesterday. Didn't really think about the route Id planned as its one I've done countless times before, but with a quick blast through Abbotts Wood added on. Bloody hell it almost killed me. Got to Arlington tea rooms feeling OK, but by the time Id got to Ringmer, via Muddles Wood / Chiddingly, I was blown to smithereens. Limped home down the river to Peacehaven, barely turning the pedals. Still aching today. It was less than 50 miles
Ive set my road bike up on the turbo too, so hoping I can get some sort of fitness back over the winter months using that...Yeah I feel I am rehab riding too.

I'm intending to do hills around Brighton at night this winter. I've got a short 4 mile circuit near me with 600ft of climbing, but there are longer hills all over the place. Peacock Lane is my current bette noire.Ive set my road bike up on the turbo too, so hoping I can get some sort of fitness back over the winter months using that...
