More gems, and this isn’t parody
Exactly. Of the 5 numbers I've checked so far all 5 were wrong. I'm stopping there.don’t spoil a good put down with a few minor details. 🫢
Morning!
Morning!
He's also bang out of order in saying there's been no stadium investment in fifty years.Well, Ian, I would have thought your U-21s losing 10-0 to your bitter rivals might have been worth a mention.
It seems they have forgotten the throat slitting gestures at their own players.

LOLs, but in the Euros, our keeper did get the Dutch to the semis literally single-handedly - the hand with which he made that reflex save against Turkey. That’s right, Marc Guehi was the real hero of England’s Euros run and got them to the final singlehanded.
We could only dream of something like that happening

The delusion in this post about them being at a similar level is off the scale. I must’ve missed the season they finished in the top 6, or even spent any amount of time in the top 6. They’ve certainly spent a significant amount time in the bottom 3!

As for us having money thrown at us, someone needs to point out that we’ve actually made an overall profit of 30m in our first 6 PL seasons - and that includes the 2 Covid seasons - with another massive profit coming for last season to add to that.
I saw on the Palace forums that some of their fans were getting a little bit excited about the fact that interest-free loans will soon count as a related party transaction. However, all this will mean is that they deduct an appropriate amount from our PSR calculation for each season - it won't cost us any actual money. An interest free loan from a lifelong supporter is not a debt to worry Albion fans. Think of it as investment. Already being repaid from operating cashflows, how many clubs can say that?

Current debt to Bloom is at £375m, so at a 5% rate that'd be about 19m per season deducted from our PSR calcs. Given that we'll have made circa £240m profit for the 3 seasons 21/22, 22/23 and 23/24 (and that includes a lot of costs that would be exempt from PSR calcs), it's not going to put us at risk of exceeding the maximum loss of £105m!
Eh, why have you undervalued those world class players by at least 50%?How will the new stand be financed? £70m for Guehi and £100m for Wharton?
I’d have thought overvalued by 99%Eh, why have you undervalued those world class players by at least 50%?
