The situation being what it is right now, any football clash between fans is liable to be branded anti semiotic, whether it is or not.
I did not hear of any problem with locals in Amsterdam when we played them .
NB .. it is not Fascist to feel sympathy for the Palestinians .
It wasn't football fans attacking the Jews. It was organised gangs away from the stadium

Plenty of violence last year in Athens when Maccabi Ultras attacked and targeted Arabs, if innocent fans are getting caught up that is sad, but Maccabi Ultras are far from an innocent party here, see that takes a bit of nuance which I understand is difficult for some.

It's going to go a bit tribal I think on this. And that key context is going to go missing.

Strange, not a single report I've read mentions Jews being attacked. Instead they mention Israelis being attacked. Too many people make the Israeli = Jewish connection when there are Israelis that follow other religions or indeed no religion at all ( including the downtrodden Israeli Arabs ). The attacks weren't antisemitic they were anti Israel - although I still condemn the attacks.

The 'downtrodden Israeli Arabs' hold all sorts of important positions in Israeli society. Including the judge who sent an Israeli premier to prison. Compare & contrast with Jews in surrounding countries. Or Gaza
