We all need to be tolerantI get ya point. Just feels like it's tit for tat. They're as bad as each other.

It wasn't football fans attacking the Jews. It was organised gangs away from the stadiumThe situation being what it is right now, any football clash between fans is liable to be branded anti semiotic, whether it is or not.
I did not hear of any problem with locals in Amsterdam when we played them .
NB .. it is not Fascist to feel sympathy for the Palestinians .
NoI mean is this not just fighting between two ultra groups?
Time to put this thread on ignore.
Plenty of violence last year in Athens when Maccabi Ultras attacked and targeted Arabs, if innocent fans are getting caught up that is sad, but Maccabi Ultras are far from an innocent party here, see that takes a bit of nuance which I understand is difficult for some.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cwyge1587e5t?post=asset:f48d8dec-bae5-46f9-bac9-4adb02a978ae#post Saw this eye witness account on the bbc site, sounds like the away fans went looking for trouble plus Macabbi Tel Aviv fans don't have the great reputation for behaving themselves away from home.
It's going to go a bit tribal I think on this. And that key context is going to go missing.Plenty of violence last year in Athens when Maccabi Ultras attacked and targeted Arabs, if innocent fans are getting caught up that is sad, but Maccabi Ultras are far rom an innocent party here, see that takes a bit of nuance which I understand is difficult for some.
Strange, not a single report I've read mentions Jews being attacked. Instead they mention Israelis being attacked. Too many people make the Israeli = Jewish connection when there are Israelis that follow other religions or indeed no religion at all ( including the downtrodden Israeli Arabs ). The attacks weren't antisemitic they were anti Israel - although I still condemn the attacks. It wasn't football fans attacking the Jews. It was organised gangs away from the stadium
The 'downtrodden Israeli Arabs' hold all sorts of important positions in Israeli society. Including the judge who sent an Israeli premier to prison. Compare & contrast with Jews in surrounding countries. Or GazaStrange, not a single report I've read mentions Jews being attacked. Instead they mention Israelis being attacked. Fear and hatred of foreigners, strangers and other cultures, race or religion isn't anything new. What a hate filled world we now live in.

You of all people, would say thatIn short, Tel Aviv fans went looking for trouble, found it, came unstuck. Some people, including Israeli politicians, are now trying to play the victim card.
So, attacks on Palestinians in the same situation wouldn't be islamophobic, they'd be 'anti Palestinian Authority'?And AGAIN, I'll point out that those reports use the word Israeli NOT Jew. Stop equating the two.
Any comment on the trouble in the days before the match were taxi drivers were attacked by Macabi fans? Or on the behaviour of those fans reported here https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cwyge1587e5t?post=asset:ca34d775-9f0c-4493-82c4-cfe9b86080c4#postYou of all people, would say that
