I think so. I go largely by the wonderful tracker, one win from Liverpool (a), Man City (h) or Bournemouth (a) will leave us dead on par for Europe. Are away to Liverpool followed by home Man City still classed as free hits
Although City could be down to eight fit players by next Saturday. You can bet whiney Pep will want to postpone the gameI think so. I go largely by the wonderful tracker, one win from Liverpool (a), Man City (h) or Bournemouth (a) will leave us dead on par for Europe.
Good luck with that, they’d have to forfeit. We’re no friends of Man City at a club level having taken the PL’s side in their ongoing case. No chance it gets postponed. Plus, their 8 fit players would very probably get into most teams in the world.Although City could be down to eight fit players by next Saturday. You can bet whiney Pep will want to postpone the game
I thought we started well against Wolves. We just finished very very weakly.I really want to see a better start from us though. We’ve started so poorly in many games under Hürzeler and we need to show more intensity from the very first whistle.
31 posts so far and I can only see 11 of themAlways find it best to avoid the first two pages of the matchday thread. And then often, the last 30 or so.
Well we know it won't be Bournemouth , so we'll have to beat either Liverpool or City to stay on track.I think so. I go largely by the wonderful tracker, one win from Liverpool (a), Man City (h) or Bournemouth (a) will leave us dead on par for Europe.

See you in the Swan for pre match pint.Through to the next round here lads, no excuses.
Hmmm, it's borderline but not for me anymore. Are away to Liverpool followed by home Man City still classed as free hits
This.Hmmm, it's borderline but not for me anymore.
Certainly not Liverpool. While I don't expect us to win or even draw, either result is possible and wouldn't be an earth shattering result so I don't think we can go in with the idea that anything other than a whooping is a positive.
Man City is tougher. We have an appalling record against them but again while they are obviously a better team than us I feel we're close enough that a draw wouldn't stop the world spinning and nor, despite it's unlikelihood, would a win.
So, not free hits but not ones I'm going to beat myself up over if we lose either(unless we're absolute dogshit and just trot around the pitch not trying. Which isn't that likely).
