Although City could be down to eight fit players by next Saturday. You can bet whiney Pep will want to postpone the game
Good luck with that, they’d have to forfeit. We’re no friends of Man City at a club level having taken the PL’s side in their ongoing case. No chance it gets postponed. Plus, their 8 fit players would very probably get into most teams in the world.

Next few games I hope we are competitive, no injuries or suspensions, and by Bournemouth we could very well have O’Riley, Pedro, Dunk and maybe even March to choose from. Things are looking bright.

Expect us to get a tonking today against a very, very good side.

Are away to Liverpool followed by home Man City still classed as free hits
Hmmm, it's borderline but not for me anymore.

Certainly not Liverpool. While I don't expect us to win or even draw, either result is possible and wouldn't be an earth shattering result so I don't think we can go in with the idea that anything other than a whooping is a positive.

Man City is tougher. We have an appalling record against them but again while they are obviously a better team than us I feel we're close enough that a draw wouldn't stop the world spinning and nor, despite it's unlikelihood, would a win.

So, not free hits but not ones I'm going to beat myself up over if we lose either(unless we're absolute dogshit and just trot around the pitch not trying. Which isn't that likely).

When would we want Matt O'Riley to be put into the team?
It has taken a while for all the new players to gel together and I would rather he played in a low key game (is there such a thing in the EPL) than get found out at Liverpool.
Two up (or down) v Liverpool or City and then have him on for 20 minutes please.
