95.1kg (after a big cup of tea!) would like to get to 90kg by the end of the month and 85kg by Christmas. However, a meniscus tear has stopped my running and even long walks, so this won’t be easy….
Good luck people.

Starting at 12st 3lb. Ideally I'd like to get down to 11st at some stage so 7lbs seems like a good start.

Think I'm going to need the encouragement of this thread as going through a bit of a down phase which usually makes me comfort eat more. Shall do my best to resist!

Good luck everyone.

I’ve created my spreadsheet - that must have shifted at least a few ounces, right?
It might be that you also find logging your walking distances on there too to set a little challenge. Working from home, I've enforced a minimum mile a day rule (20 minutes). I use an app called MapMyWalk to measure distance on new little routes

I see trends as well. And it's clear in the latter part of October I wasn't as keen as the first part. That was when I stopped thinking about fitness.

Jesus. 14st 0lb.

I don't think I've been this heavy since March 2019 when I was on my way down to 12st 10lb.

From July 2019 through to September 2023, I was always in a tight band of 12st 7lb - 12st 10lb.

With an injured foot, sweatr-inducing cardio is going to be problematic, but I'm still covering c20,000 steps a day walking the dog. I'll have to get a march on.

I've not registered under 13 stone 7lb since July 2021 (I have my top of the month weights going back 12 years, a bit obsessive but I was very heavy at one stage). In August 2021 I started working from hone. Go figure :lolol:

Done a Frexit, now in London
10 stone 9.3
I'm 'only' 5'8" and a BMI of 23.4 so just on the higher end of standard for my height.
I think losing 7lbs might be hard, but should be achievable.
According to my body compisition scales, my fat is 1 sone 11 and mostly subcutaneous. Probably all the beer and pies.

Nice, I have an Apple Watch (been in the cupboard for months) and that tracks distances quite well so I’m charging it now and will use that to track distances

I’ve just upgraded to an AW Ultra 2. Have had Apple Watches for years and find that they help with motivation - steps, active calories burnt, monthly challenges etc.

I’m selling my Apple Watch 8 if anyone’s interested.
