I find your anti Potter agenda just plain weird. No Potter would have meant no RDZ, it really is that simple :shrug:
You can’t really say that with certainty, who was next on the list after Potter we simply don’t know and would they have done a better job.
It’s no miracle people started lording Potter once the squad had way more quality in it then when he first started and we began to compete in the PL rather than hang on for dear life.

That 4-1 game has really f***ed his career hasn’t it? He was flying at Chelsea and looked like the hottest managerial talent going. Came here, got thrashed by us and started the decline in his Chelsea team which led to the sack, and hasn’t worked since.

Oh well.
