I would suggest you should beat the bottom teams more than the top ones, if you can’t get that right, there isn’t much hope in the others…..It really wasn't. We took 7 points out of 33 possible against the top 36, which is rather awful.
Over the entire season I think we won two (!) games, Spurs and Villa, against teams that were above us in the league table at the time.
I assume you mean 7 points out of possible 36 against the top 6?It really wasn't. We took 7 points out of 33 possible against the top 36, which is rather awful.

Precog? Though technically not a crime by either side.Wolves and Palace could be a play-off to see who can go a magnificent 10 (ten) games without a win.
Hopefully Wolves (v Palace the week after next!)Hopefully not Wolves
One of those sides committed a crime against football tonight.Precog? Though technically not a crime by either side.
Haven't you just proven that 40 points DOES pretty much guarantee safety? You joke, but in the last 10 seasons the team finishing 18th (so beatable with goal difference) has had:
26
34
35
28
34
34
33
34
37
35
"40 points for safety" is a nonsense (sorry @Giraffe).
Some proper shite down there this season, even more than usualOr is it that 40 points leaves you clear of the danger zone. The last few years, the bottom 6 has looked precarious thanks to the likes of Everton and Forest only just dodging relegation.
Wolves!8 games in and still no win for Ipswich, Palace, Wolves or Southampton.
First to get a win?
