I had one of these premium cheeseburgers at the Amex yesterday, my review:
- bit expensive
- tasted better than the old burgers
- was pink inside which I don’t think is great for a burger
- was cold to tepid in temperature
I should have gone back and asked for another cooked one.
4/10 the last ones were 1-2/10 so an improvement of sorts.

After the tasteless burger debacle, I went for the hotdog slathered in mustard and ketchup.
The bun was OK, the sausage juicy and it all tasted of mustard and ketchup, which was nice.

The pop up bar in the east lower yesterday annoyed me. Not because it's not a good idea, it is. Only serves pint or half of lager (or water). So FFS pour pints to be ready , not to order, you can see a queue and they're only going to order lager so line them up!!! It should have been really quick, but of course it wasn't.

Was told that they no longer stock burgers in the north shelf?
Assume because given the choice all young kids want pies right?!
Anyway bizarrely, despite this they stock the hotdog
so gave it a go

For 12 years I've used the southern kiosk in the East Upper. 12 years of burgers or pies, that's it. No pizza or chips or fancy stuff. 12 years of the same.
But today they had baked potato with 3 bean chilli. Made my day.

Did anyone see or eat the special Apple Crumble and Custard - possibly one of the more bizarre football ground offerings.
Had the new cheeseburger, much better, needed more pickle and sauce, but better
