Celtic were linked. Would be an amazing move for him even if just to be a reserve.

if I was him I'd be looking at getting in at a good League One side and rebuilding my confidence. There's a good player there he just needs to sort his head out

He started very well for Hull last season. 5 goals in the first 8 games. The goals dried up a bit although he still had 8 goals by new year but then he barely played. His goals to mins on the pitch ratio was still a goal every 151 mins which is better than 1 in 2.

Those sort of stats suggest he could still offer something at Championship level if he gets a good run of games.

As always a lot of it is the mental/confidence side of the game with Aaron and avoiding off pitch distractions. There is a player there but does he have the discipline to play as high up the leagues as possible.

Still a young player. He should find a decent League one club to get his career re-started

Totally off topic But those so called shin pads are an utter joke
I know our Jack is a fan But at that size what is the point ?
Obviously no minimum size rules at FA HQ?

Shin pads are a relic of the days when players used to dribble the ball up the field in a pack. Lots of hacking went on from the opposition trying to retrieve the ball. They don’t really serve much purpose in the modern game and certainly don’t prevent serious injuries.

Supplier was interviewed at length on the radio a week or two ago. Junior clubs now banning them and they are stopping selling them - he said were never intended for matches apparently and certainly not for kids but they obviously copy their favourite players.

I have a stud sized hole in my shin, through the shinpad. Anyone stupid enough not to wear them is asking for a bad injury

And some smaller couch cushions.

Did you hear that Elon Musk is changing his Space exploration company name to "Space Twitter?"

He’ll be 25 in 4 months time. He’s not that young. Those two goals he scored against Spurs were 5 years ago now.
