A lot more local though. Fratton Park is almost 3 times the distance that the Amex is from Crawley. Portsmouth is a long way for the majority of Sussex.

Watched the Arsenal Brighton game in my local, filled up with Crawley Town fans for their pre match beer and grub. A few of the younger ones were pleased we were a goal down, but a big cheer from more, when we equalised.

Shit poor lower league football throws up a lot of these sort of things but I bet there were Barnsley fans wandering round Crawley wondering how people in even poorer accommodation weren’t pointing at aeroplanes.

When I looked at the stats Barnsley were 3 up with only 66 passes made. Crawley 0 shots with 74% possession. Lovely stuff.
