Have they spat him out already?
Should of stayed with a big club.
I guess we decided that he wasn't worth £1m to get him back. So quite nice that we have actually made more than £1m thanks to the tribunal

That's the issue sign for Chelsea chasing the dream and then disappear into oblivion. He would've been better to stay with us
Exactly the kind of thing that will cause talented kids to think about going elsewhere…….

I think we’d only get 20% of the £100k profit but have no info on the technicalities of our settlement.

Oh, he was a left back. Not sure how I had that tangled up.
Point still stands! Full back depth was desperately needed last season, he'd probably have got a go.

Both profit and percentage of the actual sale are possible. Who knows what was agreed as part of the deal
You are probably right - I’d assumed it was 20% of £1m. But a minor detail in the scheme of things. At the end of the day, annoying as his departure to Chelsea was, we didn’t actually lose out.
