Who knows!Perhaps he has confused Palace with Palestine.

Hemed got his retrospective three-match ban before that nasty VAR came in, when there were rules allowing retrospective bans. Since that nasty VAR that causes all the problems in the game has come in, there are no retrospective bans.So how do you explain the Hemed 'after the fact' 3 match ban? The ref saw it, gave a foul but not a card, and later there was retrospective action.
He'll be back in 3 months 5 days and 22mins.No-one on here knows what the exact injury is, let alone exactly what surgery is needed or how long before he’s back. Fab has already said they don’t know how long it’ll be. As usual with our injured players, expect to hear very, very little until he’s seen back at Lancing in the gym with a smiley photo.
You certainly act like it, hence why you’ve been put on ignore by over a dozen members for your ‘contributions’ to this thread alone, let alone others, continuously. So I’m Palace am I?
You absolute clown.
I think we sent Andone packing because it was a wild challenge that got him sent off and Potter didnt want a liability like him in the squad. It is the kind of challenge we sent Andone packing for
What do you mean, what am I going to do about it? There’s nothing I can do about except express my anger and my opinion. And where’s a good place to do that? I know, how about a football forum, in a thread discussing that very topic? For heaven’s sake. That’s what we’re all here for surely? To express opinions and emotions. So if you dont get the apologist approach what are you going to do about it? In fact there is nothing anyone can do about it so we carry on crying or move on.
Like I’ve said before, I couldn’t give a shit what you and your little clique think, you are irrelevant. I will voice my opinion when I feel like it. It seems your type want everything your way or the highway, no room for other opinions. If you don’t like it, ignore me like the rest of your little minions! You certainly act like it, hence why you’ve been put on ignore by over a dozen members for your ‘contributions’ to this thread alone, let alone others, continuously.
I’m not a bully, Infact I feel sorry for you and the reactions you get for the attention you crave. You have my sympathies for what ever troubles you and the substance that is clearly missing from your life that drives your behaviour, so I will simply ignore your continuous, weak attempts to insult me. I will get no satisfaction out of lowering myself to your level little man.
Every case is different and, as a very wise doctor/runner once said “Every athlete is an experiment of one.”Anyone can think of similar ankle surgeries and their timeframes? Does it tend to be a 3 6 or 12 month thing?
Expressing anger an opinion is fine, we are all frustrated, but the crusade against Williams and Crawley demanding some form of retribution is way OTT. It happens, its annoying, we need to move on.What do you mean, what am I going to do about it? There’s nothing I can do about except express my anger and my opinion. What’s really bloody annoying though is to find the place infected by trolls from Palace and Crawley whose only purpose seems to be 1) inflame and agitate other people and then 2) pretend to be so bored and pissed off with people who feel agitated as a result.
People are just understandably angry. Not just at the (extremely dangerous and IMHO malicious) foul, but the general attitude from Crawley Town FC. The coach’s gloating comments, the non-apologies, the wink from the player, the fans gloating and defence of the player who has a shocking disciplinary record.Expressing anger an opinion is fine, we are all frustrated, but the crusade against Williams and Crawley demanding some form of retribution is way OTT. It will indeed pass, but for now being angry at this stuff is what being a passionate football fan is all about.
In all honesty, I think Andone's was worse. It happened right in front of where I was sitting.Andone's wasn't as bad as Williams'

Are you sure about that?In Williams' defence, he's never been sent off for Crawley for violent conduct and I'm pretty sure has never injured a player off the pitch before while playing for them. But having seen him play a few times, his tackling technique is questionable - he's often late with tackles and goes in very hard. He was signed from Banbury, who play at the equivalent level of Whitehawk and Lewes, that's where his speed or lack of it comes from. Eventually it was going to hurt someone and now it has.
I think referees are a community and they will now have Williams on their radar after this incident. It's up to the Crawley manager to get the message to him that it will cost Crawley very dearly if they go down to ten. He'll just be under much greater focus.
He has form, lots of it.It's a tackle. He a tackling midfielder whose job it was to disrupt us. I don't think his job was to seriously injure one of our players, he just got that wrong. He did it, but that doesn't in my view justify the meltdown on here about him as a player and his character. It's just a tackle that went wrong.
Andone's wasn't as bad as Williams'
It depends how you classify worse.
Andone's could have been very nasty, but he wasn't deliberately throwing his entire body weight straight through another player.
It was an attempt to force himself between man and ball and win the ball. Badly executed for sure, and potentially very dangerous.
But it was the type of challenge that players make all the time.
Williams' knew exactly what he was doing, he hoped to get away with a Man and ball foul (which is effectively how the ref saw it) but because he's so shit, he just ploughed straight through O'Riley without getting any of the ball,
A still before the actual contact with the ball travelling at speed. If that's 10 yards then I need you tell my wife what 6 inches is.
Yes, the red card he got last season was a second yellow for dissent to ref. No red card for violent conduct in what must be around 50 games for Crawley now. But what I said about flaws in his tackling technique standAre you sure about that?
As an aside, Williams picked up an impressive 16 yellows and one red card from 44 appearances last season. In 2022-24, his record at Banbury in National League North was an even more astonishing six yellows and two reds in 10 matches.
