I think it's less about rats scurrying away and more about unfancied players being moved on.
This is hilarious they keep making out these players that are “moving on” are not that important to them but we all know they are, and that if this exodus continues as it is they will happily be one of the firm relegation candidates - oh I do hope soPalace insist he's not for sale = please place your bids

Nah! That would be wishful thinking on our part. They'll probably be a decent outfit this season. My best hope for their potential fall from grace is that Glasner gets peeved if he thinks he's not being supported in the transfer market and throws his toys out of the pram. Basically like De Zerbi and our post-March nosedive. That seems a reasonable hope. This is hilarious they keep making out these players that are “moving on” are not that important to them but we all know they are, and that if this exodus continues as it is they will happily be one of the firm relegation candidates - oh I do hope so
I very much think this already is Glasner moulding his own team, Kamada and Riad are both his picks, his worked with both players before I think.Nah! That would be wishful thinking on our part. What happens with HIS players when he goes?I very much think this already is Glasner moulding his own team, Kamada and Riad are both his picks, his worked with both players before I think.
The proposed buys are almost definitely his picks, I personally think the money we have received for the players just gone is unbelievable good business.
If Ayew leaves tomorrow, our squad will be exactly the same size as it was last seasonI don't think the PL will let you start a game with just 3 players

Didn't you lose your first 8 games without scoring a single goal? Pretty sure that would have put you bottom 3.The trouble is I hear it every year, and how many times have you actually finished above palace twice ? Or is it three times ?
I am not even sure if palace have ever been in the bottom 3 after say 8 games have been played.
