Starting to think that he'll never manage again? Who can blame him, sit back and relax on that Chelsea money for another 4 years.
Will be insteresting to see what he does the next time a semi decent (non Champions League) club comes calling like Leicester did recently.

Certainly looked like he was angling for the England job and keeping himself available, also looks like its not going to happen, either Carsley will fly and get offered it, or they'll hold out for a bigger more successful name in future.

It’s been reported that his severance pay from Chelsea stops in October

Could be down to his last £1.2m if he’s spent it all
Yup, aligning nicely with when the English FA are likely to announce the new manager.

If its true that he's been collecting his bunce from Chelsea each month since the chop, I have to say that is quality rinsing. Really top, top quality. Ill bet Todd can't believe he hasn't taken another job yet.

Before he was sacked last spring, he had been a head coach for 12 years straight without any spells of unemployment, which is very unusual.

12-18 months sabbatical doesn't mean he's retired.

It’s like Kilroy, but with tea, wagon wheels and Graham Potter
