Murray left because he was a free agent with Poyet deciding that the striker budget would be better spent on CMS.

I would welcome him back, he was an absolute legend for us. Don't blame him at all for taking Chelsea's money, who wouldn't. They are club employees and not supporters. Yeah 'always a Seagull' but just because he left for more money doesn't mean he no longer has an affinity to us.

Murray was left little option, Bruno packed his bags faster than a man on the run. Big difference and no I wouldn’t want him back in any capacity

I thought the narrative going around was that he was pretty much left with no choice once Potter left and Tony told him that he couldn't guarantee him a place in the new coaching set up.

If that's true, then I don't see a reason not to welcome him back.

If that's not the case, then f*** 'im.
