Looks like the flame was transferred into a lantern I think for the flight.

Its amazing the number of people who failed to obtain tickets to events are going to turn out to watch the flame go by,Coe has really sold them a pup,imagine the thrill their grandchildren will get when they see the photograph of the flame,the same people no doubt will be queing to see the firework display at the end of the games,big deal!

I work with many Londerners and they were all charged an extra £20 on poll tax since 2006 to build the stadiums, with the promise of preferential tickets.
