Yes she is indeed fairly new and has an insanely talented voice.

But she exploded almost within a month on TikTok. She currently has 43 million monthly listeners on Spotify with two of her songs being played more than 100 million times. She already planned the tour before this and you can see tickets for her are like gold dust at the moment, with everywhere being sold out.
