This is a tricky one.
Those colours are generally favoured by the Middle East. As are Scimitars and feathers.
But the globe has Africa front and centre, which could suggest East Africa or North Africa.
Then the five stars must mean winning a big trophy in something five times.
I also can't think that Extremadura have won anything five times.
Other than that, I've no idea what flag it is.
Edit.... It's bloody South America front and centre, not Africa! Doh!
I need new glasses.
