It is still a friendly kick about to some extent but there is a degree of seriousness about it.

Im sure you will be just as fit as most of the other players on our team mate.

Were wearing the stripes and the Crocs are wearing some sort of yellow kit.

Boots and shin pads are optional but i know a few people will bring them.
