Inspired any the Win 98 data stick thingy called a thread.

What was you first operating system you ever used?

The first one I used was Windows 3.11 for a few weeks. Being 8 I think, I was the most computer literate of the family, and bugged my parents to get a computer, but my Dad realised he needed it for his business.

So he ended up buying a second hand 3.11 processer with small requirements. It was piss.

We than got a Gateway PC which was an improvement on 3.11 lets say.

You?

Football manager was so much better than all this Champ manager bollocks. Skill rating of 5 Fitness of 20 bang him in the team - Job done, Brighton win 4-0.

100Mhz 64-bit Silicon Graphics Indy, 64MB RAM and an 33Mhz 486 AST that ran a 16-bit Windows, with a whopping 4MB RAM.

And these machines were contemporaries. Just the first one cost quite a bit more and still works now...
