I only use one monitor to look at them both via a switch. A quick and easy method to tell which computer I'm looking at is to have a picture on the background that lets me know.

Although in reality I should really call them work and NSC.

If your PC's are networked, they MUST be named. Its the network hostname

My machines are named after New Order tracks...

Actually, just remembered one of my machines has got a desktop background- Elegia, my old Mac, has a Jordan J-199 crossing the finishing line at Magny Cours in 1999, in first place.
