Is her age really relevent to how good a mum she'll be ? Just because she's young, doesn't mean she's not capable of looking after two babies, and her mum will be a great help I'm sure, having had 9 children already. You can't buy that kind of experience. And so what about the benefits ? So much "importance" is placed on how much money she'll be receiving. Bringing up kids is hard work, and expensive, so she deserves every penny. She'll hardly be living in the lap of luxury, and will probably only be able to go down the pub one or twice a week tops, when she's old enough. Its her lifestyle choice, and nobody else has the right to tell her whether she's 'right or wrong' - that just boils down to opinion.

This country NEEDS young mums like Amy. She'll probably never work, which means her children will have the loving, close parental upbringing they deserve, and as a result will no doubt turn out to be thoughtful, balanced human beings in the future, and a real asset to society. I'm delighted for her.
