I was 14th in the queue yesterday to upgrade my son's U10 ticket for tomorrow and it took 57 minutes to get through and complete the call.
This site is useful. Click on "Search to find an alternative number" in the top left area.Gave up trying to call as furthest up the queue I was on calling was 14th. As this is an 0845 number I don't want to be hanging on for ages whilst rattling up a big bill on my mobile. Does anyone have a non-0845 number?
Was at the ticket office Wednesday,they had three staff on their phones and they were very busy,don't know the situation at Queens Rd but know they are working flat out. Agree about the muzak though.34 minutes to answer the call, from queue position 12... 3 minutes to deal with it... SURELY THEY HAVE GOT MORE THAN ONE PERSON ANSWERING CALLS??
