Spurs performance was poor, especially the first half defending, lower league stuff from premier players.

Surely you'd only 'take' a one goal defeat away anywhere if it were the knock out stages and a 2 legged thing. 4-3 is exactly the same as 4-0 goal diff aside isn't it - not knocking Spurs as that was brilliant and Bale was class - shame there wasn't more than 2 mins bloody stoppage time
