Nobody is saying it would.
I think we are one of the few teams, certainly in the top 2 divisions, that could 'get away with it', purely because of geography.

No Palace fans are going to turn up looking for random trouble, like they would if say Charlton tried, while Palace were away at Blackpool.

Geography....you havin a laugh...Back in the day, Brighton would be the first game away fans would look for...Weekend on the piss and a good punch up.

Yeah I know what your saying.
But so far that's not been the case, with the teams we have been playing, although that, statement won't hold for much longer.
Hence the original question.
