Would it be worth having a separate forum for rumors and transfer gossip?

Just for the summer. Mabye we've missed the boat already with all that Michael Owen nonsense having passed. Personally I think it's worth a go, even if it's just to keep some of the resident halfwits in one place. Mabye just at the top by ask the club

What would that leave? A poll of best/worst landmarks, word association, what's on your iPod? and not a lot else.

Generally, I'm against any sub-division of TBB as I think people would miss out on all those interesting non-football threads if they had to then move to another board. As for your suggestion, I think it unnecessary as it's usually obvious by the thread title what it is, and is therefore easily avoidable. Anyway, mods usually merge threads if the subject is virtually identical.

There already IS a forum for transfer rumours, speculation and gossip - Childish Ramblings. Should really come into its own at this time of year.
