The first 60 seconds reminded me of Grimsby and Cleethorpes last December when the flood sirens went off.

The aftermath reminds me more of Grimsby and Cleethorpes !!

The world could not afford WW3 .......... However I can see the two sides talking themselves into a fight neither really wants

..

Plus no one will be willing to sign up to the army to fight (other than the few that fancy it). I mean, this country is not worth getting killed for. Not now. Those days are long gone.

The next big war will be Internet hacking, Web services brought down and state sponsored denial of service attacks.

Bombs and bullets are so last century!

Possible 5-a-side formation:

Poland
France - Italy
England - USA

Russia - China
North Korea - Iran
Belarus

Tight match.

I think we've got the better subs bench though

Us: Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Israel, South Korea, Japan & new signing Ukraine
Them: Venezuala, Burma, Syria, Vietnam, Kazakhstan (although Vietnam & Burma may ask for a transfer)

Apparently, there are also three players aswell who have yet to decide who they're signing on for...India, Pakistan & Brazil!

Don't worry about that -once they go independent they'll be too busy fighting themselves like they did 600 years ago to worry about anyone else.

Tonights 'This Week' on BBC 1 is interesting and hopefully to many, thought provoking, viewing. I tend to agree with an awful lot of what Liam Halligan has to say.

All this banning of Oligarchs by the US & EU and the tit for tat banning by Russia of US Officials is just playground posturing. How can you take these people seriously? If it wasn't for the lives already lost in Ukraine and the plight of the Tatars, the situation would be laughable.

People who bank at the 2 sanctioned Russian banks can no longer use their visa and mastercards.

The more sanctions are applied to Russian businessess, then more entrenched their ultra nationalism across the country will grow just like what happened with the Germans and the Treaty of Versailles after WW1.
