I had to call from a phone box as i dint not have phone and just had bb and got cut off a lot and the waiting time was shit! All i can say is thank fuk they moved there call centers to scotland the service is a lot better now

Take it from someone who was employed for 6 months by NTL and spent every afternoon high as a kite after lunch breaks along with everyone else in the call centre, disconnecting customers at will for giggles and noting down their credit card numbers for personal use - NTL sucks balls. Stay away.
