How do you build a Supermarket in the teeth of the plannners?
Stick them next to a football stadium in Milton Keynes, for example.
Wimbledon are poised to do emerge from administration at the end of this month after a bid by businessman Peter Winklemann.
He plans to build a 30,000 seater stadium outside the town, for £40m
Asda's puuing up much of the money in return for buildinga hige store next door.
The plan has approval, and is off to John Prescott.
"We're not reinventing the wheel here," says Winkelman. "The City of Manchester Stadium has an Asda next to it."
