6/4 for Southampton is crazy, I would be piling in on Charlton for the e/w money.

Agree on both counts. Also if i were an Oldham fan I am sure id take the 33/1, decent odds

Does Nigel Adkins work for William Hill? They had Southampton as favourites a couple of weeks ago. How can they be 6-4, when Hudds are 9-1 and Bournemouth 12-1?

I agree - Charlton are definitely the value from a betting perspective for me. A couple of firms are offering 1/4 for the first three places, so for place money alone that's 5/2.

It's just a pity that firms where you can bet Place Only such as Betfair are now only offering "Winner" and "Promotion" markets, and not a "Top 3 Finish."

The Top Goalscorer market is quite interesting too - Muzza's just 4/1 now!

I use this site:

League One Winner Betting Odds | Football Betting

The best odds for us to win are 20/19 (seems a bit of a pointless advantage over evens!) with Unibet. For promotion the best bet is 3/10, making it pointless even for a dead cert. Let's hope the bookies have it right!

Palace at 7/4 to get relegated I quite fancy. I really think they're going down. Not sure I want them to, I'd pay the airfare to come back for the away trip to Smellhurst.
