I reckon Cox is getting too much like Bas, thinking he's the best in the team and no-one else matters. He needs to learn he's not the best player in the team and buck his ideas up. If he doesn't learn im pretty sure we will be saying goodbye to him in the summer.

I have heard from my sources that Cox is an arrogant cocky so and so. But, it is down to the management team to manage the player and get the best out of him for the team.

It will be interesting to see what happens but I wouldnt read too much into a couple of dust ups with the boss.
