Slight problem with that, McGhee has left us without a Left Back & a Striker.
Rents, Robinson and Revell or Hart. :)

Why not?

Who would be better at left back if big Guy is back?

Lynch, like McShane last season, has held our defence together. His distribution has been better then Butters and he uses his pace to cover both full backs.

Put Butters back in and we will struggle again. You need a mix at centre half - two big lumps won't work.

Rents in at left back for me.

Mine would be almost the same as Chappers only with Hammond on the left instead of Frutos as he would give more defensive cover to young Rents then Frutos.

Hammond had some of his best games on the left when he first broke into the team.

I would definitely introduce Fraser as a sub at some stage though.

Kuipers is the FORM keeper though, his performance at Ashton Gate merits him keeping the shirt.

One of the main positives of our play has been the way we have managed to distribute the ball to feet from defense which has given our play a nice fluid feel to it that we havent seen for a good few years.

However I expect the logical conclusion is to drop Santa make way for big Guy.

And Paul Reid really has to become a 'first name on the team sheet' sort of player. He more than most certainly has the ability.

Exactly, which is why we need to keep Lynch in central defence. He is wasted at left back.

It would be nice to have a midfielder who actually demanded the ball from the back four as well.
