Will Dicker be allowed to play next week?

With Harty almost certainly missing (according to RS on SCR) next week, it would be a major blow if Dicker was out next week. I've only seen him at Hereford, where quite frankly it was difficult to spot him at all, but by all accounts he's been pretty good since - so, what's the deal with him and Stockport? Is he allowed to play?
