No disguising a shocking performance today but overall he's done a solid job. Nothing out of this world but you couldn't contemplate wanting him to leave/get the sack. Next season there will be a expectation which unfortunately I can't see Wilkins and the team living up to.

I retire from football management around 14:00 tomorrow, so will be looking for work.........

All the while we're happy with being a mid-table third division club, Wilkins must stay. Those of us with a bit of ambition will ensure he does not for too long.

Reliant on loan signings
Slow decision making - reactive not pro-active
Strange, ineffective formations
Negative, especially away, meaning
Away record is pathetic
Struggles when we go a goal down
Ridiculous substitutions
Insistence on playing people out of position
