I think Sheff Utd will pick up the point they need for survival and Wigan will go down. I then think that Sheff Utd, Fulham and Charlton will back down over the threat of legal action against West Ham, leaving Wigan completely shafted.

This decision is incredible, the injustice of it rivalling the ability of Leeds to take the 10 point penalty this season, rather than next. I bet Ken Bates is well pleased the Hammers are keeping his club off the back pages.
